Is there a booking deposit?

Yes, we do require a non-refundable $100 deposit to book an appointment. This $100 goes towards your balance and is only due after an inquiry form is sent and a decorator has responded to confirm your appointment.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due any time before your appointment but no less than 24 hours before. For example, if your appointment is Saturday at 3:00PM, Payment must be sent BEFORE Friday at 3:00PM (24 hours). Paying any time after those 24 hours will result in service cancelation.

Can you decorate my home?

As of now, we do not come into personal residences. We only decorate hotels and AirBnb's. Both of which you must be checked in before your appointment.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 2:30PM-8:00PM
Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-8:00PM
We are located in Milwaukee, WI and currently do not travel outside of the state.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my service?

At Luxe Creations we strive to meet our customers expectations. This is why it is extremely important to be as detailed as possible in your inquiry and follow-up conversation. At this time, we do not offer any refunds or reimbursements. However, we are more than happy to work out an arrangement to ensure you end up feeling satisfied.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You are welcome to reschedule appointment but your deposit will not be returned to you. New date cannot be more than 30 days out from original appointment date.

Is there an age limit to book?

All clients must be at least 18 years old. For any gift or package that includes alcohol, we do ID.

Do I have to be present for appointment?

No, you do not have to be there for your appointment. We actually encourage clients to be absent so decorators can move swiftly. Luxe creations will always communicate with client as soon as your set up is complete.

Do you book hotels/airbnb's?

No, Luxe Creations do not book any hotels or Airbnb's for clients. Clients must be fully checked in to hotel/Airbnb and a key must be left for us to enter hotel room/Airbnb.
